A native of Los Angeles, Eve attended UCLA and earned an undergraduate degree in political science in 1986. She worked with Son & Francis Architects in Santa Monica before applying to a master’s program in architecture at the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCIArc).
Following graduation in 1990, she worked with the westside firm, Carde Killefer Flammang Architects, their successor firm Carde Ten Architects, and the downtown L.A. non-profit for affordable housing, the Los Angeles Community Design Center, before becoming a California licensed architect and heading up her own office, Eve Reynolds Architect in 1994.
In 2010, Eve established the successor firm, ARCOLUTION, a term she coined to embody her philosophy of architecture in evolution. ARCOLUTION provides full service architectural, consultation, planning and construction services, working with a cadre of green building professionals from conception through project completion, seeking to create environments which are beautiful and light on the earth.
